Richard Gray demonstrates a well-rounded Human Resources background. Mr. Gray is an HR professional with an extensive career of planning, directing and coordinating of human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human capital and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. He has a high acuity for metrics systems in compensation rewards and for overall company performance. Mr. Gray’s professional background includes transportation, non-profit, construction and software operations.
Mr. Gray has more than 30 plus years of HR experience ranging in a wide spectrum of HR activities. While maintaining a general HR proficiency, Mr. Gray has developed specific expertise in regulatory compliance, performance management systems, safety programs, Affirmative Action programs, creative and effective recruiting and new employee orientation systems, management advisement processes, employee development systems, and human capital statistical analysis and forecasting.
Mr. Gray possesses a Bachelors of Art in Religion from Southern Nazarene University and a Master’s of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University. He earned his SPHR certificate in 1996.

Rick Ravencraft is an experience software developer and trainer. His skills as a Project Manager and Business Analyst have helped many large manufacturing companies streamline and improve their business processes and overall business model. His in-depth understanding of customer and consumer dynamics has enabled him to consistently implement successful software projects from inception to completion.
Mr. Ravencraft has 20 plus years of experience as an IT manager / programmer and 11 years a Client Services Director with an ERP software company. He led more that 100+ software implementations during his time as Services Director. A key part of his success was his ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management with a focus on end user’s adoption of best practices.
Mr. Ravencraft possesses a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Nazarene University and is a CPIM – Certified in Production and Inventory Management.

Mark Asbury is experienced and sought after Media Professional and Entrepreneur. Mr. Asbury has worked for both Non-profit and for profit sectors and has a passion for capturing the moment.
Mr. Asbury has 20 plus years of experience and has an extensive career in Video Production/Photography, Web Design, developing Marketing strategies and writing articles for various publications.
Mr. Asbury has a degree in Film and Video Production from Oklahoma City Community College as well as a Certificate in Pre-Production, Film Production, Post-Production from the Oklahoma Film Institute.
